Labor Unions Standing Up and Fighting Back against Anti-Democratic Executive Orders
AFGE Local 2328 joined allies at a “Hands Off” Rally at the Hampton City Hall on April 5, 2025. The rally was a statement to Elon Musk and the Trump Administration to keep their hands off.
Hands off our unions.
Hands off our Social Security.
Hands off our Medicaid.
Hands off our DEIA.
Hands off our voting rights.
Hands off our Democracy.
The attendees all had different focus issues, but all had one thing in common-they were all working class Americans. No billionaires were at the rally.
We the people are coming together. The message is spreading. There are only two sides in this fight. The working class and the billionaires. And everyone has to pick a side. Which side are you on?
We’ve reached a point in this country, where silence is complicity, and all workers, everywhere, need to stand together and lift our voices as one.
They’ve got the dollars, but we’ve got the numbers. We’ve got the people. We’ve got the power.
